About two months ago, I contacted you about finding out what driver I needed for my Dell Latitude E6510. I have tried everything that was suggested and even some things that were not suggested. So I thought I'd try again for your help.

I've called Dell; no luck there without a service contact. I contacted Intel because the modem is reportedly an Intel modem. No luck there. I have even reinstalled Win 7 and that didn't help either. Does anyone know how to tell if a modem is good or bad?

I've searched the laptop Device Manager and find there is no Wireless entry, but there are six entries under “Other devices” which is preceded with an icon containing “?”.
